DESCRIPTION:

1966 Chevrolet Corvette Pro Street SHOW & GO machine professionally built with less than 500 miles since it was completed 5 years ago. This Corvette was an original Big Block 427 convertible but later converted to an NHRA Super Stock drag car and raced in the Midwest.

It was then purchased by the current owner and everything on this Corvette has been changed and/or upgraded to make it the show & go car it is today. The only item which has not been changed is the House of Color Candy metal flake red paint job done by Travis “Tuki” Hess at Bucky’s LTD. It still looks as great as it did 8 years ago. Top chassis builder and Super Stock racer Doug Engels did the NHRA legal roll cage and the rear suspension. Mark Small built the engine and ATI provided the ‘bullet-proof’ aluminum Power Glide transmission.

This ’66 is street driven and has only been on the track twice since completed. Never raced in competition in its current configuration. The Corvette wins the top prize at every show event.
