The C10 is being sold by a family whose relative painted and restored the truck approximately 15 years ago. There is not much known about it, but the 55,000 miles is believed to be original.
This truck came with factory A/C (which does blow cold air), chrome bumpers, heavy duty suspension, power steering, and an AM radio. The original colors were Olive Green and White.
Upgrades to the truck include a factory AM/FM radio (works), power brakes (disc front & drums rear), fog lights, chrome grille guard, new Painless Wiring harness, seven prong towing connection, and a new front seat.
The cab and bed are original to the truck and have been repainted in a Forest Green with a white insert. The bed has been treated to a “Rhino” liner type of material to prevent any dents or rusting issues. There is some surface rust showing around the tops of the door jams and there appears to be some bodywork in the rocker panels. Otherwise, the truck is very solid. See photos.
The 350 Chevy engine appears stock except for a high output alternator, an Accel HEI distributor, and dual exhaust. According to the owners, there are no overheating issues.
All of the factory gauges function except for the gas gauge and parking brake light, which stays on. Aftermarket tachometer was added on the steering column. The seat is in excellent condition without any tears or rips. The door panels are original and look good.
The suspension is stock and appears to be original. The C10 rides on P235/75R/15 Goodyear radials.
