This Plymouth is being sold as part of an estate whose owner began assembling the car before sending it out for bodywork and paint. It appears the owner initially wanted to get the car running and driving. Listed below are just some of the many new and original parts that are included with the sale. It does look like a complete 1966 Plymouth Belvedere.
Engine & Transmission:
Freshly built 383 cu. in. Mopar engine with zero miles. Complete from oil pan to air cleaner and includes Edelbrock carburetor, new water pump (not mounted), ceramic coated headers, complete exhaust system, new gas tank and lines.
The 727 TorqueFlite transmission is freshly rebuilt and includes a stock torque converter. Transmission stand is NOT included.
Chassis:
New front-end parts, brake system, rear springs, rebuilt 8.75 rear differential. Stock power steering looks original. New 15” Magnum 500 wheels with new Cooper Cobra 205/75R/15 radial tires
Interior:
Refinished dashboard, including factory gauges, some new wiring, new upholstery, arm rests, and door panels. Door handles and window cranks are original.
Body:
The exterior appears to have not been touched. All the trim is original, nothing has been replated. The body does need work, floor pans appear solid. All the glass is in good condition and original.
