You are viewing for sale a one-of-a-kind Resto-Mod 1963 Chevrolet Impala Bel Air wagon. Owner/builder started the project in 2016 and completed it 2018 with no expense spared. Only 1500 miles have been logged since its completion. It is truly a pleasure to drive and great to take a family anywhere in the country.

Here are some of the highlights on the car, specifics are listed below.

Before the 2-stage urethane paint was applied car was stripped and disassembled. It was not taken off of the frame, but all body mounts were replaced. There is no rust or bubbling anywhere.

Power comes from a new crate motor ZZ4 350 Chevy backed by a P/A 200R4 automatic transmission. The “Wagon” has A/C, power steering, power brakes (disc front) and power antenna.

SPECIFICATIONS

    Body & Paint

  • All steel body with little to know bodywork, painted in a 2-stage urethane. Color is a 1994 Chrysler Frosted Green. All of the chrome and stainless (except for the door handles were painted silver for that true Resto-Mod look. The only issue is a small crack in a filled body seam (see photo)
  • All of the glass is original and in good condition. The rear window has some scratches, but a new NOS item comes with the car.
  • All new body and frame bolts; refinished inner fender panels.

  • Large storage compartment in back finished in ‘black speckled paint’

  • New ZZ4 350 c.i. crate motor w/aluminum heads

  • Original stock ‘X’ member frame stripped & painted w/new body mounts.
  • Tubular ‘A’ arms up front
  • Lowered 2” all around w/aftermarket springs
  • CPP Power brake system (disc front & drum rear)
  • CPP Power steering
  • CPP rear trailing arms
  • Totally rebuilt rear differential w/new 3.55:1 posi-traction unit & new axles
  • Front & rear sway bars
  • Tires are: Front 245 x 45R x 18; Rear 275 x 40R x 20
  • REV wheels: 18” front 20” rear
    Interior

  • Painted dash to match interior
  • AM/FM radio w/USB
  • New upholstery, door panels, carpet & headliner (no third-row seat)
  • All gauge’s function as normal.
  • Front seatbelts are included but not installed

Around 2011 I started an online service assisting owners of Classic, Vintage, and Muscle cars to sell their vehicles without them leaving the garage.
