1976 Ford Mustang Cobra II which has been rebuilt and upgraded by the current owner and only driven 5,700 miles since it was completed in 2014.

Everything from the paint, engine, transmission, rear differential, and the chassis has been rebuilt/upgraded for true performance. Options include Power steering, power brakes, and NO A/C. As you can see from the specifics below it is by NO MEANS a stock 1976 Mustang Cobra II.

It runs great, handles well, and very reliable. Cobra II has won numerous awards at local car shows and cruise events. Display sign is included. The only issue is the driver’s seat has age wear with 2 popped seams.

Owner has a complete file including receipts of all work and modifications performed. Marti report is also included.

    Body & Paint

  • Original stock Cobra II body with factory spoiler’s front and rear.
  • The color is a 2010 Sterling Gray Ford color painted in a 2-stage urethane. There is no rust, or bondo anywhere. It is a show quality paint job throughout the entire car.
  • Front and rear bumpers are fiberglass items.
  • All outside decals are factory OEM items
    Engine & Transmission
    The original 302 Ford Windsor is now rated at approximately 300 h.p. with the modifications listed below:

  • Total rebuild by CGM Motorsports of Millersville, MD
  • Block was hot tanked, cleaned, line honed, and has a .040” overbore
  • Keith Black pistons bring the compression ratio to 10:1, uses pump gas
  • Eagle rods and stock Ford crank with reciprocating assembly externally balanced
  • Speedmaster Aluminum heads w/180 cc chambers
  • Erson Flat Tappet Hyd. 204/214 488/472 lift
  • Professional products aluminum intake
  • Quick Fuel 600 cfm carburetor
  • Stainless-steel fuel lines throughout
  • Hooker 2 ½” headers
  • Custom stainless-steel exhaust system using an of road ‘X’ pipe, and a Flowmaster 50 series muffler
  • MSD 6AL ignition w/Pro Billet distributor and Blaster Coil
  • 180-degree thermostat
  • Custom recored radiator, flex fan, and shroud, no overheating issues
  • Pusher electric fan which is manually controlled is a backup item
