This 1968 Camaro RS still retains the original and numbers matching engine, Power Glide, and 10-Bolt open rear differential.
The current owner purchased the Camaro in 2011 after the original owner parked the car for 17 years in his garage. He went through the entire car and made it a great and reliable street machine.
The original 327, 2-barrel is internally stock. A professional shop added the Edelbrock intake and carburetor, electronic ignition, new fuel pump, oil pump, valve seals and guides. The Chevy starts every time, has no leaks, and is a pleasure to drive.

Other work performed includes rebuilding the transmission and rear differential; new front and rear suspension parts along with new rear leaf springs; a late model power brake system with discs up front and drums in the rear.
The interior had new upholstery on the front and rear seats, as well as a new headliner and carpeting, added.
The original AM radio was reinstalled but not connected. Not sure it works. All of the factory gauges work as normal.
The burgundy paint and cowl hood are not original to the car and were done by the prior owner before putting it in storage.
When the present owner purchased the car he had the 2-stage urethane paint job refreshed and had new shock mounts welded in along with two lower rear quarter panels. The front fenders and right-hand door are original.
The driver’s door and glass were repaired when the original owner had a fender bender before it was parked.

I have been an active eBay seller of cars and other items for since 2002 and maintained a close to a 100% rating during most of that period. Around 2011 I started an online service assisting owners of Classic, Vintage, and Muscle cars to sell their vehicles without them leaving the garage.
