For sale by a private party is this beautifully restored 1978, C3 Corvette painted a majestic 2010 Toyota/Lexus astro blue. This was Corvettes celebration of the 25th year of production. The ‘Vette is powered by its numbers matching L-48, 350 c.i. / 185 h.p. small block which has been treated to a .030” over bore, new pistons, rings, rods, crank, and bearings. Heads are stock but had a 3-angle valve job with stainless-steel valves added. Stock aluminum intake, carburetor, exhaust manifolds, and HEI ignition were maintained. The C3 starts, runs and SOUNDS great.

The body was totally stripped before the 2-stage urethane paint was applied and it looks fantastic. Interior was also redone including the carpeting. Every instrument and option operate (except the clock) as new, including the factory A/C. An after-market Pioneer CD, AM/FM player was used to replace the factory unit.
Not to be neglected, the suspension was gone through with new urethane bushings, all new power brake hardware (including calipers and wheel cylinders), shocks, and a rebuilt power steering unit. New 255 x 60r x 15 Goodyear Eagle GT II radials on all four wheels were added too.
Included are 2 sets of factory ‘T’ tops. One set is ‘mirrored’ and the other is ‘smoked’.
The restoration and rebuild were done in 2010 and only 18,000 miles have been logged on the odometer attending cruise nights and shows in the area. Since completion, the Corvette has always been garage kept.

I have been an active eBay seller of cars and other items for since 2002 and maintained a close to a 100% rating during most of that period. Around 2011 I started an online service assisting owners of Classic, Vintage, and Muscle cars to sell their vehicles without them leaving the garage.
