Restored and original 1931 Ford Model ‘A’ sedan “Deluxe”. This Ford appears to have the ‘Briggs’ body style, original 203 c.i. 4-cylinder backed by its matching 3-speed and stock differential. Suspension and brake system are also original.
The known history of the car starts 50 years ago when (it is believed the second owner) purchased the car in ‘running’ and unrestored condition. Some time in the late 1970’s the Model ‘A’ underwent a total rebuild of the driveline, suspension, new paint (midnight blue) and interior. The owner was part of an antique car club in the area and drove the car in parades and occasionally on weekends.
The second owner died approximately 16 years ago when the present owner, who was also a member of the same antique car club, purchased the car from the estate in the condition you see in the photos. The only improvement he performed, approximately 10 years ago, was having the interior redone in the original style mohair. Even though the car has always been garage kept, there are some imperfections such as scratches on the left rear fender and a few ‘moth holes’ in the interior have developed. View photos.
Car runs and drives fine, please remember this Model ‘A’ has the original ‘mechanical’ brakes and NO power steering. Top speed might be 65 mph. It is a parade vehicle.

I have been an active eBay seller of cars and other items for since 2002 and maintained a close to a 100% rating during most of that period. Around 2011 I started an online service assisting owners of Classic, Vintage, and Muscle cars to sell their vehicles without them leaving the garage.
