For sale by a private party is this beautifully restored 1951 Chevrolet 3100 series pickup. Truck underwent a frame off restoration which was completed in 2007. Every nut, bolt, and rivet were replaced using stainless steel.
The original 231 c.i. six cylinder was replaced with a totally rebuilt and mildly modified, 1954, 235 c.i. Chevrolet six. The original 3-speed transmission was replaced with a Saginaw 4-speed and mated to the original style enclosed drive shaft.
Very little if any bodywork was performed. All the metal on the truck is original and it has only 500 miles on it since completion. Taken to car shows and cruise in’s.
Owner is selling for personal reasons.
