1988 Ford Bronco II 4 x 4 powered by a Ford Ranger 4.0 L Ford V-6 rated at 160 horsepower and backed by a 5-speed gearbox. The Bronco has had a “frame-on” rebuild, including the paint, bodywork, and suspension.

The 4.0 L V-6 swap was very common among Bronco II enthusiasts and this one has been totally rebuilt with new Ford parts from the crankshaft to the fuel injectors and from the clutch pack forward. The wiring harnesses are new as well as the onboard computers and the exhaust system. It starts easily and runs smoothly. There are even 3 years remaining on the engine warranty by Precision. Nationwide coverage.
The body has had new front fenders, front core support, rear quarter panels, passenger side rocker panel and floor, along with a new windshield. New exterior chrome includes an NOS grille and outside mirrors. The original color of the Bronco was a scarlet red & white. It no sports a copper metallic 2-stage urethane, which looks fantastic.
The interior is the original red cloth and although, it shows some age all new original style carpeting, dash pad, sill plates, and front seat coverings are included. All the factory options and gauges function normally, including the power seats, windows, cruise control, and air conditioning. Upgraded stereo system with Bluetooth.
The suspension and chassis have had a 3” James Duffy lift kit added which includes springs, stabilizer, and shocks. The factory power brake system was retained with all new parts and hardware. To complete the ride are new Milestar Patagonia A/T 31 x 10.5 x 15 tires mounted to vintage American Racing wheels. A spare is included but not shown in the photos.
Since its completion less than a year ago the Bronco II has been driven just over 600 miles and has always been garage kept. It is a blast to drive and draws attention just about wherever it goes.

I have been an active eBay seller of cars and other items for more than 20 years and maintained a 100% rating during most of that period. Approximately 12 years ago, I started an online service assisting owners of Classic, Vintage, and Muscle cars to sell their vehicles on the internet without them leaving the garage.
