1968 Chevrolet Corvette convertible which has gone through a nut & bolt, frame off restoration less than 500 miles ago. Please note that this is NOT a numbers matching car, but in other ways better.

Power comes from a .030”+ 307 c.i. (310 c.i.) small block which has been treated to a balanced reciprocating short block assembly, Comp Cams Performance 12-242-2 hydraulic cam with roller rockers, Edelbrock Performer intake manifold and 600 CFM carburetor, electronic ignition, aluminized exhaust system & Hooker headers, and an oversized aluminum radiator with SPAL dual electric fan cooling system.
Transmission is the original M21 close ratio 4-speed (rebuilt and with a new clutch pack).
Posi traction rear differential with new springs and rebuilt center section with the original 3.70:1 gears.
The frame and all the suspension parts were media blasted and painted. The new Firestone tires are 215/70R/15’s.
A new “bird cage” including windshield section, side sections, and floors were welded in place.
The body panels were stripped, repaired, sanded, and repainted in a 2-stage urethane which looks fantastic. New wiring harness throughout.
A complete photographic history of the build is included along with receipts for many of the parts.
Some of the standard options include power steering and 4-wheel disc brakes (non-power).
Some of the upgrades include a Custom Audio sound stereo Concourse series AM/FM/CD player w/ 4 Eclipse speakers and power antenna.
Remote door system which locks/opens the car, sets the alarm, and will ‘pop’ the driver’s door open.
Window mechanisms were updated to power items.
Gauges were added in the engine compartment to monitor vitals while the hood is up.
Completely new interior which includes seats, carpet, insulation, gauges, wiring, shift console, and convertible top.
The easiest way to say it is…..the car is NEW throughout.
