2013 Northwood Arctic Fox 4-Season Silver Fox

2013 Northwood Arctic Fox 4-Seasons 5th wheel model 27-5L Silver Fox edition travel trailer. This is a one family-owned trailer that was originally purchased in Montana and built in Oregon. It now resides in Maryland and is being sold for the family.

There are many upgrades that were professionally installed and include such as the Onan 5.5 kW generator and (3) 145w solar panels to power the (5) rechargeable lithium batteries.

It was last winterized in 2016 and shows no evidence of water leakage/damage or piping problems. The heat & A/C function normally off of the propane, and all of the interior lights and appliances work. The exterior looks good but needs a good cleaning. The awnings above the slide-outs look weathered and should probably be replaced. The main awning works fine and was replaced several years ago.

The “taped” hatch under the unit appears to have been used to wire the generator and batteries.

There is a documented and detailed notebook that comes with the Arctic Fox, which includes all of the manuals and even the dealer invoice.

Please note that I am not a camping person, and I will try to answer all questions to the best of my ability.

ALSO NOTE THE 5TH WHEEL HITCH FOR THE TRUCK BED IS NOT INCLUDED. YOU MUST BRING ONE WHEN PICKING UP THE TRAILER.
