The first owner had the Presidio for over 22 years, until he was unable to handle it at the age of 80. The current owner has logged about 5,000 miles and has recently had the top resealed, new A/C compressor installed for the “driving” system, and new “house” batteries. The 7.5 kw Guardian generator only has 225 hours on it. Four of the tires (2 front and 2 right rear) are dated 2021 and two are 2003.
The only issues mentioned by the owner include blockage in the front section of the “driving” A/C system, some exterior & interior damage by prior owner (see photos), the left rear slide out appears to have a hydraulic leak because it opens about 6 inches after it has been retracted and sitting overnight, and cracked windshield (it is being replaced as of this listing). Everything else appears to work including the (2) TV’s, ice maker, toilet, stove, DVD player, awnings, convection oven backup camera, etc.
