This is the final year for the “C-3” Corvette and you are bidding on one of the nicest restored ‘code 70’ Spector Red examples produced.
It is one of only 2,155 units manufactured in this color from a total of 25,407 Corvettes built for 1982.
A ‘frame-on’ restoration was finished approximately one year ago and it has been driven less than 10,000 miles. Every option works on the car from the ‘flip-up’ headlights, A/C, power steering, brakes, and the power antenna. Owner indicates all of the original body panels were retained and Carfax indicates the rear facia was replaced in 2016.
Here is a summary of the work performed
New paint in the original Code 70 Red.
Rebuilt engine, transmission, front, and rear suspensions with new bushings and wheel bearings.
Other new items include brake system (including master cylinder and lines); vacuum lines; interior (new door panels, seat coverings, and carpet); ‘T-tops’; and weather stripping.
Included with the car are the original T-top storage bags and straps along with an indoor car cover.
The car starts easily and runs great.

I have been an active eBay seller of cars and other items for more than 19 years and maintained a 100% rating during most of that period. Approximately 10 years ago I started an online service assisting owners of Classic, Vintage, and Muscle cars to sell their vehicles on the internet without them leaving the garage.
