Here is an opportunity to own a true “Time Capsule”, “Barn Find”, and unrestored 1977 Levi edition Jeep CJ-5 with only 33,600 miles. The Jeep was found in a barn in Oklahoma 4 years ago and had all the fluids, brakes, rubber, and mechanicals gone through to make it what you see today.

The “Tawney Orange” paint is 100% original and has never been repainted or had any repair. There is no rust anywhere in the body. There is even a stain on the hood from a soda can left by the original owner as well as ‘Patina’ around the windshield area which is where people would grab onto when getting in the CJ.
The interior was left original except the front seats were redone in the original pattern with the ‘denim’ buttons. The rear seat was removed by the current owner and a vintage footlocker was put in its place for storage. The original rear seat, which has the original buttons, material, and seatbelts comes with the Jeep (see photo).
The original 258 c.i. 6-cylinder with its 115 horse’s runs great and was recently tuned up and had the water pump replaced. The only non-stock item is a set of headers which the original owner must have added. Cast iron manifolds not included. A new aluminum radiator was added to keep things cool and there has never been an overheating issue.
The manual T-150 3-speed transmission shifts perfectly with the power going to the original Dana 30 differentials. The hubs were upgraded to Warren items. Ratio in the axles is 3.54:1.
The original wheels were not available. Only the American Racing 15” items were on the Jeep, but new 30 x 10.5R x 15 tires were added.
Additionally, a car cover, the original chrome bumper, and a new top with side curtains come with the CJ too (see photos).

I have been an active eBay seller of cars and other items for since 2002 and maintained a close to a 100% rating during most of that period. Around 2011 I started an online service assisting owners of Classic, Vintage, and Muscle cars to sell their vehicles without them leaving the garage. These are private individual owners who do not want to deal with the public and all of the endless phone calls, “Tire kickers”, and other nonsense that goes on when trying to sell a car. They just want someone to sell it!!
