The Trans Am is powered by the original, numbers matching 400 cu. in. V8 rated at 185 h.p. and backed by its M-38 3-speed automatic transmission. This Pontiac was ordered from the factory without A/C.

• The restoration of this Firebird Trans Am was done approximately 13 years and 5,000 miles ago. Both the engine and transmission were rebuilt to factory specifications. New parts included an alternator, distributor, and plug wires.
• The exterior of the car was repainted in a 2-stage urethane matching the original code ‘13’ Sterling Silver. The only bodywork done to the car was the replacement of the left and right rear lower quarter panels. All other panels on the car, including the doors, hood, and fenders are believed to be original.
• Additionally, the suspension was treated to new front springs and shocks, upper and lower control arm bushings, ball joints, and sway bar links. The factory 15” 5-spoke Rally II wheels wear Firestone Indy Firehawk 225/70R/15’s on all 4-corners.
• The Firebirds interior is 99% original including the carpeting, headliner, seats, and door panels. The seats have no rips, broken seams, or tears. An aftermarket AM/FM/CD player was added when the car was restored. All the factory gauges function normally except for the clock. Some age does show so please view all pictures carefully.
• Since the Trans Am’s restoration it has always been garaged and only driven to car shows and cruise events. It runs great, starts easily, and draws a “thumbs up” wherever it goes.
• Owner is selling for personal reasons.
