Immaculate, frame-off, rotisserie built 1972 Chevrolet C-10 Cheyenne short bed Resto Mod Pickup. No expense was spared, and it shows throughout the entire vehicle. Completed in 2015 and was initially driven across the USA for its ‘shake down’ cruise. Absolutely no issues…..total of 18,000 miles have been logged since completion.

The ‘Hugger’ orange 2-stage urethane paint is just about flawless, having no chips, cracks, bubbles, or scratches anywhere. The front of the hood has a layer of 3M paint protectant to prevent chips and road debris. There are many subtle modifications that the ‘eye’ will miss. For example….the gas cap, which is located behind the left side marker light, or the pin striping, which highlights the letter’s on the tailgate, or even the filled and smoothed door sill plate area. There is no ‘Bondo’ anywhere in the truck. Panels were formed and welded in place.

Power comes from a new crate motor Ram Jet F.I. 350 Chevy rated at 300 h.p. and 400 ft/lb of torque. The transmission is an electronically controlled and blueprinted 4L60E 4-speed automatic. The differential is a 9” Ford unit with 3.50:1 open gears.

The interior has new upholstery with heated seats. New carpeting, Classic gauges, tilt wheel, cruise control, power steering, 4-wheel power boosted disc brakes, Vintage air A/C & heat, AM/FM/USB Retro radio with a pioneer 5-disc CD changer mounted under the seat.

The owner has two 4” thick notebooks with every receipt and diagram for each part in/on the truck. Also, a computer for tuning the Ramjet 350 is included….$350 value.

Cab & bed were totally stripped and taken off of the frame. POR 15 was applied to the underside of each.

Around 2011 I started an online service assisting owners of Classic, Vintage, and Muscle cars to sell their vehicles without them leaving the garage.
