1971 Chevrolet C-10 long-bed pickup in a “Torch Red” acrylic enamel and powered by a 350 cu. in. Chevy V-8 with a Turbo 350 3-speed automatic transmission. The interior uses Nissan Sentra bucket seats and a B&M shifter.

  • This build is about 11 years old and started with just a cab and frame. A donor C-10 was found and the cabs were swapped, new doors, front fenders, inner fender panels, glass, and new bed were used to complete the project. A spray-in bedliner was added to prevent any scratches or rust on the inside. Exterior lights including the turn signals, parking lights, and brake lights all function.
  • Please note that this is not a “show” truck, but one built to be used at cruise-in’s, weekend gatherings, or just running around town.
  • The exact mileage on the engine and transmission is not known, but new rings, bearings, and freeze plugs were installed at the time of the build along with, a new Edelbrock carburetor, alternator, HEI ignition, power steering pump, power brakes (discs front and drums rear) with emergency brake. A new front sway bar, bushings, and 4 shocks were also added.
  • This C-10 came with A/C but only the condenser remains. The controls for the heat and vent do not work. A new wiring harness was added, but never completely wired as there are no dash lights and the speedometer, odometer, and gas gauge do not function. An after-market water temperature and fuel gauge were added along with a JVC AM/FM/CD changer with dual speakers.
  • Overall condition of the truck is “fair”. It’s a “driver”. The carburetor needs to be adjusted, the heat is always on, there are some scratches on the bed, the paint shows some “orange peel”, and there has been bodywork done to the lower corners of the cab.
  • The Primewell radial 235/70R/15 tires are about 10 years and are mounted on 5-spoke 15” Unique chrome wheels.
