1968 Chevrolet C10 short bed Pickup Street Rod powered by a professionally built 383 c.i. stroker motor backed by a Turbo 350 automatic transmission and 12-bolt positraction differential.

This was a frame-off build completed in 2020 and driven less than 2000 miles. Starting with a rust-free cab and solid frame, the body was painted in a dark forest green 2-stage urethane. The frame and underside were painted with a material similar to ‘Rhino-liner’ to prevent chipping.
The interior has been treated to new upholstery and carpeting as well as a complete wiring harness. The gauges function normally, including the aftermarket water temp, oil pressure, and voltmeter below the dash.
The 383 Chevy Stroker motor uses aluminum cylinder heads with 10.5:1 compression ratio pistons, along with a hydraulic cam. A 22-gallon fuel cell with an ‘in tank’ electric fuel pump helps the tunable Holley’ Sniper’ fuel injection system deliver the fuel to an estimated 450 horsepower. Keeping the truck cool are thermostatically controlled fans and a heavy-duty radiator. Ceramic-coated headers and a 3″ exhaust system complete the setup.
Backing up the small block Chevy is a rebuilt Turbo 350 3-speed automatic transmission which is connected to a 12-bolt Chevy positraction rear with 3.08:1 gears.
The chassis was refurbished with new front and rear suspension parts and power steering. New body mounts were also added. The C10 has been lowered 2″ using blocks in the rear and lowered front spindles up front. Stopping is easy with power brakes (disc front & drums rear) and 6-lug drums using 17″ American Racing wheels and 255/55R/17 Pirelli Escort tires on all four corners. New springs and Bilstein shocks help keep the ride smooth.
The C10 is a blast to drive, starts easily, and draws a crowd wherever it goes.

I have been an active eBay seller of cars and other items for more than 20 years and maintained a 100% rating during most of that period. Approximately 12 years ago, I started an online service assisting owners of Classic, Vintage, and Muscle cars to sell their vehicles on the internet without them leaving the garage.
