1967 Karmann Ghia Cabriolet restored to its original ‘L’ code Roulette Green enamel w/light sand top and interior.
It is believed to be 1 of approximately 3100 produced in that year. The Ghia starts and runs great and is a blast to drive with its 1500cc 4-cylinder and 4-speed manual trans.
Restoration was completed by the current owner in 2010 and only 300 miles have been logged on the car.
Always garage kept and it appears to be “numbers matching”. Includes receipts for all of the work performed.

SPECIFICATIONS
- Body & Paint
- New body panels include floors, front firewall, rocker panels (heating ducts), inner fender wells, and door hinges.
- Exterior chrome is original and in good condition except for the right section of the rear bumper (see photo).
- No present bubbling or cracking in the paint.
- Top and boot are new, crank & latches are original
- New wiring harness was added and all lights and gauges function except the clock and radio.
- Engine & Transmission
- Original air-cooled 4-cylinder 1500 cc engine was rebuilt to factory specs.
Parts were replaced as needed, such as gaskets, rings, and seals. - Exhaust manifolds were not replaced, and the muffler system is showing age due to not being driven.
- Engine # H0672584.
- The transmission was rebuilt and the clutch pack assembly was replaced.
- Interior
- Front seats were reupholstered in original light sand material.
- Rear ‘jump seat’ is original as well as the door panels.
- Carpeting is new, kick panels and firewall pieces are included (see photos).
- Chassis & Differential
- Total refurbishing of the front and rear suspension including ball joints and bushings.
- New brakes and hardware (disc front).
- New tires

Around 2011 I started an online service assisting owners of Classic, Vintage, and Muscle cars to sell their vehicles without them leaving the garage.
