Sold & transported from Forest Hill, MD to Charlotte, NC.  Beautifully restored 1967 Ford Mustang Convertible finished in a candy apple red metallic and powered by a 289 cu in V8 backed by a C4 automatic transmission and 8” Ford differential.

  • This build was completed approximately 10 years ago and has been driven less than 2000 miles to local shows and events. It has always been garaged and never driven in poor weather conditions.
  • Just about every metal panel from the inner rockers and floors to the fenders has been replaced. There is no rust or bubbling anywhere on the car. POR15, rust encapsulater was used on both the undercarriage, inner fender panels, and floors to prevent any rust from returning.
  • The 289 Windsor was treated to a complete rebuild using a mild hydraulic cam, Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor, and Pertronics ignition.
  • The stock C4 transmission and 8” Ford rear differential housing 2.80:1 open gears were also rebuilt.
  • The interior was reupholstered in a beautiful light biege vinyl with black carpeting, top, and dash pad. No rips tears or broken seams. All of the factory gauges function as well as the aftermarket AM/FM/Cassette player. Please note a connection hanging under the dash for a remote control of the radio. Remote not included.
  • A new wiring harness was used throughout the Mustang so all the interior and exterior lights function.
  • The entire suspension was redone including the addition of an upgraded brake system with a dual bail master cylinder and disc brakes up front. The Mustang rides on 16” Vintage Wheel Inc. 5-spoke wheels and Fusion radial tires measuring 205/50/16 front and 225/50/16 rear.
  • One item to note. The trunk lid spring needs to be adjusted and currently does not keep the lid up when it is open.
