Beautiful and “real” 1967 Chevelle SS 396 (‘138’) 325 horsepower model which had a total restoration (believed to be a frame off) completed in 2010 and less than 2500 miles ago. The Chevelle was outfitted with power steering, dual master cylinder, and front disc brakes.

Please note this SS 396 is NOT being advertised as an original numbers matching car due to the color change (white to Bolero red) and the machining of the block.
The SS retains a period correct 396 (casting # 3902406) which was rebuilt by Kalvinator Engines of Wapakoneta, Ohio and runs on pump gas (see specifics below). Estimated horsepower is over 400. Backing the 396 is an M-20 wide ratio Muncie 4-speed and a 3.08:1 open 12-bolt differential.
The interior and glass are original and in exceptionally good condition. No fogging or bubbles are apparent in any of the glass and the windows go up and down easily. The upholstery, door panels, and carpeting show no wear or rips. All the exterior emblems and chrome are either new or replated items. The paint and bodywork appear to be professionally done and show no ripples, bubbles, or rust. Body is straight, floors are solid, and recently the inner fender panels in the engine compartment were repainted in gloss black.
Items which need attention are the gas gauge, horn, and clock.
The Chevelle is a pleasure to drive and a multiple show winner.
