1967 Airstream 20’ Globetrotter Land Yacht.
This pull-behind, renovated and upgraded, Airstream is ready to be hooked up to go ‘Glamping’
immediately.

- Owner took possession of the Airstream in 1999, used it as the factory built
it for a number of years and then began the process of renovation and
upgrading. Whenever the camper was not in use, it was stored in a
garage. - Below are the full details of this Globetrotter, including custom additions
which makes this Airstream a ‘cut above’ the rest and a pleasure to camp in. - This Airstream can either be used as a stand alone camper using a
generator, or it can be connected to water and electric from a campground. - All seams are tight and only a couple of sections in the floor needed
replacing during restoration. - Instead of having the traditional A/C unit on the roof, the owner built a
custom bracket in the front window to mount either an 8000 BTU or 5000
BTU unit (both come with the camper). These A/C units use much less
power to operate and therefore could be powered by a small generator. - The original Magic Chef 4-burner gas stove/oven and Little Buddy Catalytic
Heater use propane from the (2) 20# tanks included. - 12 volt DC power comes from an onboard battery that is charged and
maintained by an Intellipower charger. 120 volt AC power is established via
a 20’ cord when connected to campground power. - Anderson hitch for easy connection
- Recent brakes, axle, and tires
- All exterior running lights work
- A&E brand pull-out awning
- Blue Boy for ‘gray water’
- (2) Fantastic roof fans which are rain sensitive, so they close and turn off
automatically - Electric refrigerator with lockable door
- Recent 1 piece vinyl flooring
- Custom-made Queen-size bed with 3 large pull out storage compartments
- Intellipower charger for battery
- Deep stainless-steel kitchen sink with built in soap dispenser
- Microwave
- Custom plexiglass inserts in screen door
- Reconditioned and re-painted bath area with shower/tub, commode, sink,
and mirror - Custom exterior water heater cover
- 6-Gallon water heater can be heated using gas or electric
- 20-Gallon fresh water tank
- Sewer hose & ‘slunky’ sewer hose support, also, 1 each, fresh and gray
water hoses - 4 stabilizer jack stands
- Original 1967 owner’s manual
- Fully equipped with utensils and linens -ready to go camping.

I have been an active eBay seller of cars and other items for since 2002 and maintained a close to a 100% rating during most of that period. Around 2011 I started an online service assisting owners of Classic, Vintage, and Muscle cars to sell their vehicles without them leaving the garage. These are private individual owners who do not want to deal with the public and all of the endless phone calls, “Tire kickers”, and other nonsense that goes on when trying to sell a car. They just want someone to sell it!!
