One-owner 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible ‘C’ code 289 cu. in. / 200 horsepower backed by the original C-4 automatic transmission. Purchased new in Hawaii and then later shipped to PA. Always kept in a garage and well maintained. Total mileage is over 100,000.

The Mustang was repainted approximately 20 years ago in its original Rangoon Red. All of the body panels, floors, hood, rocker panels, and trunk appear to be original (view photos).
When it was repainted some GT options were added such as the fog lights dash pod, luggage rack, 14” 5-spoke wheels, and dual exhausts through the valence panel.
The power top has been replaced once and functions perfectly. There are 3 ‘boots’ included with the car along with the original steering wheel, dash, jack, tool kit, and owner’s manual.
The red upholstery is original and still looks great. All of the factory gauges including the speedometer, gas, and odometer work fine. Aftermarket AM/FM/Cassette player works. Even the interior courtesy lights function like new. There is a slight seam break in the piping of the driver’s seat (see photo).
The 289 V-8 and C4 have never needed to be rebuilt and were always well maintained. It starts easily and runs great.
Front suspension was recently rebuilt including a new swaybar and polyurethane bushings.

I have been an active eBay seller of cars and other items for more than 19 years and maintained a 100% rating during most of that period. Approximately 10 years ago I started an online service assisting owners of Classic, Vintage, and Muscle cars to sell their vehicles on the internet without them leaving the garage.
