Individual private collector of classic cars is thinning out his inventory and has decided to sell this beautiful 69,000 original mileage 1960 Cadillac Series 62 2-door hardtop. The Caddie went through a ‘frame-on’ restoration approximately 20 years ago which included new paint and some re-upholstery repair. Body and floors appear very solid, no holes and body mounts look secure.
Chrome is in good to fair condition; wiper scratches on the passenger side of the windshield, otherwise, all of the glass is excellent.
When the initial work was done, the engine and transmission were inspected and appeared to need nothing. The car then sat for about 18 years and was rarely driven. Recently, (within the past year) the transmission was serviced, new brakes and hardware were installed, water pump and hoses, generator, rebuilt carburetor, tires, complete new dual exhaust, and power steering pump.
Car starts, runs and rides great. There is NO A/C, NO power windows, NO power antenna, and NO power seats. This was a very basic entry-level Cadillac.
I am listing this vehicle as a representative (broker) for the owner. All photographs and videos were taken by me. All of the information presented was given to me by the owner. All questions will be directed to me and answered in a timely manner.
