Outstanding and professionally built 1933 Ford Roadster in a burgundy and cream two-tone, 2-stage urethane with a one-piece removable 3” chopped convertible cloth top. The build was completed approximately 10 years and 18,300 miles ago.

The body and fenders are fiberglass by Gibbons. The one-piece forward tilting steel hood is a ’33 while the sides are from a 34. A power trunk lid allows storage for cleaning products, luggage, and access to the battery. Matching burgundy side curtains are included which snap into place and it should be noted the ’33 does not have heat or A/C…..it is a roadster. LED taillights are used outback along with a tag-mounted third brake light. Custom pinstriping was also added to highlight the paintwork. The car is titled as a 1933 Ford.

The cream interior is done in a plush vinyl with matching carpeting. The steering column tilts for easy in & out access and a column shift is used to select the gears. Classic gauges include oil pressure, water temperature, tach, speedo/odometer, fuel level, and volts. Mounted under the dash is a Radio, GPS & USB combination unit while all the wiring is neatly tucked up underneath and out of site. The ‘33 does have a working parking brake, the handle is mounted on the floor.

Power comes from a mid-60’s stock 327 c.i. Chevrolet engine treated with a Holley 650 carburetor, Edelbrock Performer intake manifold, HEI ignition, high output alternator, and coated long tube headers. A conventional fan with an aluminum radiator keeps the ’33 at a comfortable 180 degrees in the heat of the summer.

Handling the shifting is a 200R4 GM 4-speed automatic transmission which is backed by an 8” high-performance Ford differential w/ 3.44:1 posi gears.

The painted aftermarket frame uses a chrome dropped axle with Uni-steer rack & pinion up front. A dual reservoir master cylinder is used to feed the non-power front disc brakes while the rear are drum. Fourteen-inch American Racing Wheels are upfront with a fifteen-inch out back. B.F. Goodrich tire sizes are 185/60R/14 front and 235/70R/15 rear.

This roadster is a pleasure to drive and draws a crowd wherever it goes.

You will note in the video a small hint of blue smoke from the exhaust. This only happens when the car is cold and there is no evidence of oil consumption.

The owner has too many toys and must downsize.

PLEASE BUY WITH CONFIDENCE

I have been an active eBay seller of cars and other items since 2002 and maintained close to a 100% rating during most of that period. Around 2011 I started an online service assisting owners of Classic, Vintage, and Muscle cars to sell their vehicles without them leaving the garage. These are private individual owners who do not want to deal with the public and all of the endless phone calls, “Tire kickers”, and other nonsense that goes on when trying to sell a car. They just want someone to sell it!!
