1918 Stanley Motor Carriage Steam Car Touring model (736).

This model is a condenser steam car. This was a retirement project undertaken by a client and unfortunately there are no documents or papers which accompany the car. Only a title.

I am not an expert on the “Stanley Steamer” or “The Flying Tea Pot” so please excuse any mistakes in the description.

View all photos carefully and ask questions. Hopefully, I can answer them.

History shows the Stanley Motor Carriage Steam Car Company was in existence from 1902 until about 1924. The cars used kerosene to heat the water and the steam would be held in a tank located in what most people call the engine compartment.

The parts you see in the photos and video are all the owner had. There are no interior parts, running boards, or fenders (except the one shown).

I am listing this vehicle as a representative (broker) for the owner. All photographs and videos were taken by me. All of the information presented was given to me by the owner. All questions will be directed to me and answered in a timely manner.

PLEASE BUY WITH CONFIDENCE

I have been an active eBay seller of cars and other items for since 2002 and maintained a close to a 100% rating during most of that period. Around 2011 I started an online service assisting owners of Classic, Vintage, and Muscle cars to sell their vehicles without them leaving the garage. These are private individual owners who do not want to deal with the public and all of the endless phone calls, “Tire kickers”, and other nonsense that goes on when trying to sell a car. They just want someone to sell it!!
