PLEASE NOTE….ALL BIDS AND OFFERS MADE ON ANY VEHICLE(S) WILL FOLLOW EBAY’S PROTOCOL OF PURCHASING. THIS MEANS THAT ONCE THE BID OR OFFER IS MADE OR ACCEPTED THE BUYER AGREES TO PURCHASE THE CAR IN “AS IS” CONDITION.

  • The color is a 1997 “Prowler Purple” in a 2-stage urethane. It has a lot of metallic and shows great. The hood is fiberglass and held in place using nylon straps. The original steel 1932 Chevrolet hood and side panels are included, but not painted. There is a small crack in the passenger side window (circled in red). Also, there is some age related areas of the paint where it has cracked, please view pictures carefully.
  • The engine, transmission, and rear differential were all rebuilt when the car was assembled. The stock 350 Chevy sports a little more aggressive hydraulic cam, Edelbrock carburetor, HEI ignition, ‘block hugger’ headers, and a Flow Master exhaust system. A custom radiator and a mechanical fan keep the car cool even during the hottest days of summer.
  • When the Turbo 350 transmission was rebuilt a shift kit was installed so there is no slipping.
  • The 10-bolt Chevy differential is running 3.23:1 open gears. American Racing wheels measure 14” on the front with 175/70R/14 Daytona Quadra radials and 15” on the back with 235/50R/15 Remingtons.
  • The interior was designed primarily for two people with storage in the back. The access door located in the back is for the battery.
  • The interior was done in a beige vinyl material with ‘flame’ style door panels, and still looks in good condition. The steering column is a tilt unit. The Auto Meter fuel, oil pressure, water temperature, and voltmeter all function. The speedometer/odometer does not because a cable was never connected. Vintage Air A/C controls are in the panel under the dashboard and a Lokar shifter handles the shifting. Please note this car does not have heat. Only A/C.
  • The suspension uses a Mustang II independent unit with rack & pinion steering and coil over shocks. The rear differential uses leaf springs.
  • Overall the Chevrolet is a real eye catcher and draws attention wherever it goes. It is very reliable and a strong performer too.
  • Selling for personal reasons.
